My Seat Ibiza from 2018 has a 2xUSB-A + 1xAUX module that allows me to charge my phone, connect to CarPlay etc.
I was wondering if I can replace this module (part no. 575035736) with the newer module that has 2xUSB-C (part no. 575035736A).
On comparing photos of the parts, I noticed one of the connectors is exactly the same, while the other one is different, so I'm pretty sure it won't be a drop in replacement. However, is it possible to do this when, for instance, I would also replace the cable?
I can imagine the infotainment system that both modules connect to is the same in both variants of the Ibiza, so I was wondering if this is possible, and if someone would have more information on this process.
