Replacing glass in sun visor

Turns out I shouldn't look into mirrors...

Can I just replace the glass, is so how do i go about it? Or is it a new sun visor job?

Looks like it just pulls out but I'd rather not try unless it's meant to.

Wonder if a trim tool will pull the plastic surround off?

I'll have a look, can't imagine a new visor will cost much if I break it.

You may be stuffed. The service guide doesn't have anything about removing the mirror, just the actual visor as a unit.
