Replacing rubber door seal

My drivers side rubber door seal is scuffed from shoes and the rubber has an area that's almost worn through to a hole.
How easy is it to replace the door seal and would I need any special tools?

You need to remove all the trim around the lower a pillar, dash board trim against the seal, complete b pillar trim, and be real careful not to make a mark in the headliner when removing it.

Its about an hours work if you haven´t done it before.

I haven't had a chance to replace the seal. I took a good look and there seems to be a lot of work involved to remove the seal, most of the trim has to be removed. While I was researching I found the following:

Lower B Pillar removal:
