So I've had it. I'm giving up on getting decent wiper blade replacements for my Leon that use the "top lock" mechanism, it has been near impossible to find any manufacturer that has this adapter that sells/ships in/to Mexico.
My only option right now are the overpriced Michelin or the terrible Autozone Duralasts. I could get some Bosch or some Rain-X blades, but they all fit only J-Hook type adapters most of the time.
So this got me thinking, would I be better off just getting replacement J-hook wiper arms? Am I going insane? Is this even possible, and has anyone attempted it? Argh!
