Require door removal advice

Hi,

In the process refurbishing my 06 Leon Mk2, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the front drivers door, I cannot get figure out how to unbolt it from the hinges, the m10 spline socket I have fits the bolts, but I'll be buggered if I can get my wrench on the socket to remove them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
