Retro Fit Auto Lights & Wipers

Guyy, i have a 2013 Leon FR 150 Tech Pack, i thought it came with auto lights and wipers but unfortunately it doesn't. It does seem to have a sensor on the windscreen. Im wondering if any of you know if it is possible to retro fit these using VCDs and buying the parts?

If so does anyone know the best software to use and what parts to buy?
