Ok, so it's taken me a age to get these done but I blame the wife for having a baby! Lol. Anyway, for those who are interested, these are for sale! They are a set of pre facelift genuine headlights which I have converted to bi-xenon and also sprayed the reflectors black.
These lights take a standard H1 HID bulb and ballast...you just need to try the back cover to suit your HID rubber grommet.
These lights have been fully tested and work a treat, they are dual high beam which mean when you turn on your existing high beam the bi-xenon solenoid opens to give full beam from your H1 HIDS....you just need to add your existing bulbs. They also come complete with levelling motors etc.
All I would suggest is that these are professionally polished as they were used headlights...the polishing costs about £20-30 and will make them look perfect.
Remember, these are bespoke lights and will pass an MOT due to having the correct beam pattern!
I'm open to offers but just remember how much a set of headlights go for and also how much bi-xenon headlights go for....add the bespoke nature of these and you can then come up with a price. You can also collect from Solihull or pay for a courier...they will be well packaged so no broken brackets! Inbox me for more details and offers.
Here are the photos (difficult to tell from the outside light but some are before they were sealed with butyl sealant and then topped off with silicone.)

Cheers

Rob

Not bad, did you oven bake these to split the light (for painting purposes)? If so, how did you find the process mate?

They were too big to get in the oven and also as they are Permaseal this method doesn't really work. You basically need to use a heat gun and work your way round slowly....takes about an hour or so per headlight to open.
So to answer your question about how I found the process....its a bloody pain!

Haha, I had a friend who baked his headlights on the Astra H, he found that painful but I can't imagine it was worse than sitting with a heat gun for an hour lol. Top job though mate, if I never already had the projector setup I'd jump at these.

Unique :)

Sold yet? PM me the details please, also .. If the projector does full & dipped what is the old dipped beam bit for with the sidelight?
