Retrofitted climatronic unit problem

Hello everyone, i have a Leon 1p pre-facelift and i retrofitted the fase2 climatronic unit, when i installed using this tutorial

Now when i use climatronic it starts ok, i did the reset (ac button and front vent) and everything works at least it seams. Now when i puto the front vent only it runs ok for like 5 seconds the the vents seem to move again and it blows almost 0. What can i do? Please thanks

Solved it

So in these types of plugs you can do a very clean job
you have a small clip lift it up and take off plug cover, if you see well you will see the pins with an foward arrow, use something to press the arrow down and pull back at the same time, do this to change the pins location on the plug.

Main black plug
Remove Pin 20
Put Pin 16 in Pin 20's place.

Second black plug after the big black one
on the plug
Put Pin 6 into Pin 7's place.

Camel plug
Remove Pins 9 and 10 and tape them up
Put Pin 7 into Pin 10's place and Pin 8 into Pin 9's place.
