I have successfully installed a RVC High in my Leon 5F, but for some reason I’m getting a message every time I start the car “Park Pilot is currently not available” or something like that.

Switching to reverse correctly displays the camera and parking sensors, but hitting the P button doesn’t display anything although it does activate the sensors, because I can hear the beeping.

I believe it is coded correctly, because everything else works as it should. I followed the YouTube tutorial here

I bought the camera off of AliExpress, because it was recommended by other people on the forum, but I don’t think the camera is the issue.

I’d be grateful if anyone has suggestions

Software incompatibility, update(s) required

Much more effective to install lowline camera. Connections are weather resistant and the guidelines are accurate (highline is neither of these things when installed on the mk3 Leon)
Thanks for the response!

I am guessing you meant that the MIB needs a software update?

I purchased the MIB 2 retrfoit kit from you and I know it comes with a customized software version of some sort.

Is that software update even available and can I update it?

What do you mean by calibrate? From what I have read it is possible to calibrate it with Odis. Only problem is that park pilot is not available through the button.
You cannot calibrate it without using BS values as the dataset on the camera is not and cannot be compatible with the mk3 Leon

No, not an infotainment update. Other modules that you can't DIY
