hi, i have been looking into mapping software, Lemmiwinks from revo, does anyone have any tips for adjusting the values in certain areas to improve throttle response and also hoe to add more boost?

any advice would be great!!

Do a lot of research first, then some more and then when you feel ready, do a shed load more research - if you don't know what you are doing (no offence!) and you could be opening a whole can of worms that could seriously screw your car up. I would steer well clear mate - unless you know a lot about timing, injection cycles, fuel/air mixtures etc etc etc.

You could just take it to Jabba to make the adjustments on their rollers?

Lemmiwinks is just for fine tweaks on an already established map. You cannot increase boost. Mainly its used for fueling tweaks that aren't felt but more to ensure correct fueling if you alter your injectors maybe, fbr or intake manifold etc. Timing adjustments useful but normally maps are on the money to begin with anyway. Any serious adjustments is best delt with a new map. Remember also that lemmiwinks applys its changes across the whole rev range generally and alot of the time we need tweaks here and there at speciifc points of the rev range and this is where lemmiwinks is no good. So unless your confident with vagcom and have identified defiencies in your current map i'd leave alone.

do you meant to say you bought another ECU with jabba on there ,

or have they mapped your ecu ,

He's bought a stage 2 mapped jabba ECU but doesn't have the supporting mods....I think?

Not really sure how its going to work as the Jabba stage 2 is a custom map to the specific car and mods.....mine needed more fuel pressure than the standard regulator could give so I hope its not running lean?

i have a ecu with jabba software loaded on for auq same as mine, i rang jabba and he found the ecu and map on his system and says its not that agressive and would prob be fine to put it in? im at a loss though as dont want to cause problems!

as ive said in other posts i have all this software , but cant see me ever using it as i wouldnt want to feck something up , best left to the know hows etc

get the supporting mods that the custom stage 2 is set up for and should be same then ??

he says as long as i have tip and dump valve it will be fine, dont think its a full stage 2, just a mild map producing @ 230bhp
