superchip cover any warranty issues that relate to the ecu and the bluefin system,i must say ive had no problems what so ever,WELL HAPPY WITH THE RE MAP !!!!!!!!!!!,as when i got mine done i covered at large any concerns i had and all were answered and put ta bed

Great thanks for the info but sorry for sounding dim but wouldnt my dealer pick up the ECU has been flashed if even if I changed the software back to the factory setttings and this would void my warranty if it was detected??

I understand that Superchips would have a warranty for the but it wont help the manufacturers warranty. I just want to make sure, thanks for your help

once the chip is removed via the bluefin,it restores all factory as was when it left there, as far as im aware superchip say not traceable from the ecu once re map removed.

if in any doubt about warranty then give superchips a call,a guy called geoff sorted my bluefin out,but there again my car was used as the developement vehicle,for the chip so i have a special arrangment for any updates that would arise.
overall there service is superb,ive no quibbles with them or there staff,and service offered.and by prior arrangment they will loan ya one of there chipped cars while yours is with them, golf edition 30....oh wow.

Oooh that sounds good, would love to give it a drive. Am also quite keen on the new GTI Pirelli thats coming out, sounds good too but I love my FR TFSI so will stick with it for a long time yet.

no, you only get your map 'written over' with the new & latest ECU flashs that the dealer will do.

you can ask them not to do it though.
