sorry mate dident realise i sold her to you with a crapped clutch.
anyway ramble over i took over your thread talking crap lol
i think your next step is to dyno it up and get a defined answer to what you need next.
if only badger 5 was closer....
still your car shifts i wouldent worry too much
mines only 189bhp at the wheels bager 5 dyno yawn
400bhp engine haha

Yeah Im seriously contemplating a drive to there.. I just can see it takeing a fare few hours to resolve and cant really afford it.
Im just worried its running lean and damaging things..

I might repost the logs to keep people interested haha ;)

Managed to do a boost log today.. just to double check my boostguage is reading right.. and its holding 1.43bar at pretty much 6k when I let off which is crazy for a K03s.. it will still hold near that if I push it more but its running lean top end so I didnt..

The requested boost is so low because its set at like B5 before I fitted the unos.

Maybe a stupid question but does your wastegate/actuator work??
I think the Turbo keeps spooling up.

Can you check crack pressure on wastegate, unplug N75 see what it boosts to? Might give some indication as to whether or not the gate is being held closed for too long...

I have bypassed the N75, it is running a Forge Unos MBC. (N75 still electrically connected though) But with the N75 it used to spike at like 35psi.. thats why I got the Unos now I have set it to 24psi spike..

If i wind the MBC right down it wont overboost.. it will hold what ever its set at.. so the wastegate/actuator must be working..

Yes I agree if it's boosting to specific value it sounds like it's working. I don't think I have anything else that could help, sorry :(

thinking about it, i remember a few months ago when I ran it with the N75 disconnected it would creep up from 7psi to about 10psi at higher RPM's so it could be actuator problems..

The turbo was baught with an uprated actuator and uprated thrust bearing from CRTurbos.. The actuator was meant to be a forge copy or something.. maybe it has a stiffer spring.

I have also heard on other forums that part of the reason the K03's cant hold boost is that pressure builds up behing the wastegate at high rpms causing it to open. IF i do have a stiffer actuator spring maybe this is stopping this problem from happening.

And like I said earier the car feels fine to drive partial throttle/boost.

I would not be driving this hard to be honest, 1.5bar of boost or more with maxed out injectors says lean to me.

You need a wideband setup ideally to check whats going on then possibly new injectors and a maf.

Yes I dont normally, I just needed to for logging. Iv wound the boost right down for daily use.

Part of me is thinking get BAM injectors, MAF housing & Fuel pump and stick an early S3 stage 2 file on it and see what happens.

In effect set it up like a hybrid.
