Does anyone have any oppions on doing this as I will be ordering all the parts tomorrow..
I will be doing that too, I have found some BAM injectors and MAF from an unmodified car @ 60k for £150 plus a 3 month warrenty so I might snap them up anyway
Its starting too seem that way, have you ever seen any turbos that do things like this before bill? not just k03's..
Hmm with it being able to produce boost like that and the fact the injectors are maxed after 5700rpm do you think I would be ok setting it up like a hybrid? would be interesting too see what happens.
it needs larger injectors and probable larger MAF to keep scaling sensible... aka like a hybrid
yes. I have heard this is a method used with revo.. not one I subscribe to however.

The standard 3bar fuel pump 'should' be ok to use then?
Out of interest how much would you charge to map it?

hmmm. not always. several of the ones I have done have needed pumps when it came to mapping..
my stage 3 is £550
I would like your oppinion on doing what I am proposing.. the thing im worried about is just because its holding pressure high up doesnt mean its flowing as much air as a hybrid does it..

Haha Cheers mate. I dont think it will be anywhere near as powerful as a hybrid though.
Be nice to have the most powerful K03s in the country though
thing is you have to ask how/why is it holding up pressure at the high rpms where normal k03s cant...
it *should* be flowing more if its sustained 1.4bar boost @ 6krpm, and again if its not I would also be asking why/how is this? - hybrids will flow 220g/s approx on 1.4bar at 6krpm
your throttle is opening fully is'nt it? (log block 060 and see)
Thats exactly what I am thinking.. WHY is it doing it, I only realligned the TB the other day but ill log 060 tonight. Any others I could log to rule out anything else?
