Revs itself?

Hey guys just bought my cupra r 2004, in first gear you press the accelerator and the revs stick then suddenly drop as if the pedal jams? Any ideas?

Vacuum leak? Check around the pcv as well for traces of oil.

It's been replaced with forge silicone pipes to and from the hockey puck, checked for leaks around that area cant see anything
