How low is that roughly?
That's 20mm drop, mine is 25mm which is effecting the wish bone angle but 20mm should be spot on in everyway

i thought about coilovers but are you really gonna mess with the setting every week etc most people just set and leave them which imo is a bit of a waste of money a good spring and shock set up is very good and cheaper:)

Other thing with coilovers is knowing what your doing when adjusting rebound and damping etc you can make things a lot worse!!..........I'm going for coilovers but with a fixed (factory set) rebound and damping, but adjustable height. (Probably Weitec or KW - same manufacturer).

I really only want the benifit of improved suspension, with a slight lowering. Its bad enough on the speed bumps as it is!!

Good spring and shock setup don't give you this option.

Cheers

The other benefit of coilovers is that the Leon has a ride height miss match with being designed as a LHD car.
The passengers side is a few mm higher than the drivers side
With coilovers you can re-address the balance

totally agree with you willie

My LC sits alot higher on the nearside front. I actually jacked the motor up to see if my spring was seated correctly.
