I posted that picture in another thread, but it has a phone button so I presume it is capable of working with the factory fit bluetooth.

But whatever its features at €350 its a worthy alternative to the overpriced RNS510

It looks pretty good, but I think to buy it standalone it'll be more than 350 euros, the 350 being the price you have to pay to upgrade from the standard system in the car....

Shame it's not touchscreen though....

Hi it has a touchscreen according to the manufacturers

the RNS 310 for the entry-level segment. VW offers this perfect combination of an excellent car radio and a powerful navigation device for the first time: in the new Golf VI. With its color screen, it is able to visualize the radio station landscape just as clearly as the road geometry and route guidance with permanent-perspective map display.

Its functional front design with surfaces finished in black frames a high-quality 13-cm sized color touch screen.

Has anyone manged to get one of these yet, the new SAT NaV unit that VAG are fitting to Golfs, Leons etc instead of the RNS 510?

Does anyone know whether the unit will work if you already have the bluetooth option installed?

Rumoured cost is around 350 euros

That is perfect!

Basic satnav/Music/Phone system without expensive DVD/HDD technologies. Was it soooo hard to work out?
