Rns 315 Bluetooth problem

I have retrofitted Rns 315 but not able to make calls via blue tooth but the vehicle had factory fitted blue tooth before fitting the Rns 315. The car is 2006, It connects to the vehicle still rings out still but can not hear anything can any one help please. Would appreciate all the help.

The rns 315 has a different pin out for the mic to plug into you need to look at the pinout on back of head unit and the wiring harness and swap the wires around, there is a guide for this on here somewhere. Also the original bluetooth needs disconnecting and then the new radio coded in via vag com.
