had my new Ibiza black at awesome yesterday

Car pulled 205 bhp and 257 lbf in stock form which I though was pretty

good.

After Apr stage 1 map it did 241 hp and big 311 lbf of torque though it would done a bit more but pretty happy

Couldn't really test on way home as traffic was crap and was tired coming back from anglesey but I have to say its very smooth almost similar to stock on normal throttle

I went out later last night and you only notice when you really put foot down the car does take off with hit of torque low down and pulls right

Up to 6k. Definitely reaches 100mph a lot quicker. Very deceiving the torque just pushe's you seat but as the cars holds the road so well you don't notice the speed till you hit a bend or roundabout which is a little scary ha!


Mpg seems pretty good managed to get upto 53mpg from starting off



Last night for a 18 miles or so pretty impressed so got a month to testa

As to whether I wanna keep it on. Though can't see me taking it off really

Overall pretty happy so far just ordered a panel filter for it too.

Can't justify spending nearly £300 on vw racingline cold intake

Been keen to hear your long term findings from the map as it's something I'll be looking to do at some point. I assume you did this within the discount offer? How much was it if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah seems good so far. I was out in rain last night and putting foot down in 3th and 4th it was braking traction and light was flashing on don't think it did the before

It's really similar to stock on light throttle but does kick hard on full
Kind of deceiving at first I didn't think I could tell much difference

Maybe I need to go back to stock to realise:lol

Yeah stock performance was higher than I thought it would be

257 lbf torque stock? Thought it was mean't to be 187lbf?




Think it was 479+vat but I think offer has ended now.

Think I need to upgrade the brakes now. And springs but can't make my mind up which route to go

Hahah yeah it definitely doesn't do it in 4th with mine, had it happen a couple of times in 3rd for a split second but barely noticeable! A lot higher than I thought too, I thought it was 236lbs-ft/320nM?

Yeahhh it was too soon for me this time around, only had the car just gone 6 months, if I still have it next time they have a sale I'll be first in line I think
