Roof bars/rails for 2004 Toledo.

Hello folks.....
i am after a roof rack set-up at the cheapest price possible seeing as they will prolly only be used a couple of times a year for 2 pushchairs.
Been looking on the bay and just got myself all confused. Do i HAVE to have the separate rails fitted in order to fit roof bars or are there any bars out there that will bolt straight onto my car ? I have 4 tapped ( 6mm?) holes under flaps on the roof.

The mounting holes are for original SEAT roof bars which are better as the the aftermarket ones usually afix by means of a hook system that goes under the door seal. OEM ones do come up from time to time on ebay for arounf £60-80.

I have actually found some on the Tesco website for £49 which use the Fixpoint fitting system so i think i am gonna go for them.....
