Im looking at buying a pair of RS4 seats and was wondering if anybody had fitted them to there Leon ?
Not to sure if its going to be straight forward or alot of hard work !

If any one has done this or has any info would be very helpfull !

Iv hard s3 rears are direct swap, along with s3/ tt front (i believe).....so if rs4 seats drop in to a tt or s3...then should drop in to your leon. Obviously the aurbag plug may need changing

What generation of RS4 are they from?

If they're from a B5 (V6 twin-turbo) then it shouldn't be too hard, they're the same as the 8L Audi S3 so the runners should be the same, altho airbag plugs might need sorted as cleverspoon says. If from a B7 (V8) then you'll need to get some runners.

I'm sure I saw someone that fitted B7 RS4 seats to their LCR, pretty sure it was someone from Europe but I can't remember who. Try searching in the reader's rides section.

As B5's are the same as S3's are very heavy
B7 seats are crazy money, i doubt you'd get them for under 1k
R32 seats would also be worth considering but again very expensive

Looked into this before they are 1k plus!

If you just want leathers then a retrim would be cheaper or if you want the buckets you could find a cheap ripped cloth bucket that fits and retrim those?

I've just put S3 recaros in mine and they are very very heavy. Also you need to make sure that any you buy have the recaro subframes attached. The s3 ones have runners built into the seat
