Rust Proofing MK2

I have found a little surface rust on the exposed areas under my MK2 and want to remove the wheel arch liners and treat with Dinitrol and re fit do they come off easily. Would appreciate any advice

Arch liners come off easy if you take the wheel off.
Ive not seen a rusty leon underneath and ive worked on quite a few over the years.
Bilthamber products are the best imo for rust,then just underseal/stone guard over the top

Cheers for that I may take some pics of it been done and post. Like Bilt Hamber too Dinitrol 4941 is great stuff too.

My front wheel arch and boot lid have started to rust. Really annoying as my 20 year old 205 GTI didn't have one bit of rust anywhere!

Jacked up front and removed most of liner only corrosion was in the unprotected area in line with the shocks and up to the macpherson mount PW it and will treat just going to put extension nozzle of rust proofer in behind liner and give it a quick blast.
