Hello all,

I put on a set of mudflaps front and rear and am shocked to discover a number of screws are rusted to hell. Really disappointed as these were genuine purchases. Going to brush and Hammerite them.

Just a word of warning, they do look good though but are a touch fiddly. Top tip, but a snake for your screwdriver to avoid removing the wheel

Cheap screws is one way they keep costs down.
I normally buy stainless steel copies of the screws off ebay when fitting mudflaps to stop them rusting.

Sorry Andy, typo, meant buy a snake. You can put it on the end of an electric drill/screwdriver and it flexes to give the access required.
