just got a price for the parts

intercooler = £214+vat
Left pipe = £23+vat
Right pipe = £48+vat

this comes to a total of £334

where did you get your kit from mate as my local dealer seems a bit expensive

Sorry to hear about your steep prices...

I bought the parts from a german Audi dealer, although I live in Denmark.

The german prices where approximately:
S3 Intercooler > 1K0 145 803 P ~€240
S3 Left Pressure hose > 1K0 145 834 AA ~€30
S3 Right Connection hose > 1K0 145 832 L ~€55

How does the intercooler compare to the standard item? It does not appear to have a larger face, is the new intercooler thicker? or are the main benefits in material differences such as alloy at each end rather than plastic?

Owen - I am looking at doing something with the S3 cooler. If you want, hold off just now as I am hoping to get them for a much better price than that. You fitting the Milltek this weekend?
