Has anyone looked new into SA Tuning's #truetune OBD personal remapping tool?
I was going to get a 2nd hand DTUK box for my 184FR, and then to be on the safe side, get them to put the latest Leon 184 map on it. But after that, I'd be near to paying for the #truetune tool.
After watching a video from SA Tuning explaining how 'tuning boxes' work, it's put me off wanting a DTUK box. A remap changes more variables, whereas the tuning boxes only change 2-3, i.e. fuel pressure, boost pressure, etc. I know the file sent out from SA Tuning will be generic, but at least you have the OBD tool and it only costs £120 if you change your car and need a new map file.
