Sat nav help

Hi all, I have a 2015 Leon Cupra 280 and I cannot seem to get the Sat Nav to work. I contacted the place I bought it as it didn't have an SD card and they sent 2 over. When they're plugged in and I press on NAV it says "Navigation database not available". The SD card says "SEAT Navigation AS Europe (V2) 6PO.919.866.D.

This is what system information says:
Device part number: 5QA035858
Hardware: H24
Software: 0245
Navigation database: 6P0919866D
0521
ECE 2016

Any help on what to do would be appreciated.

One good thing is that at least you have MIB2 Std unit and not MIB1. I'm sure that someone here will be able to help, I think that there is is a topic on Lost cards.

Fingers crossed, I have 2 of the Europe V2 cards but both don't seem to work and I've no idea how to update them :/

Whatever you do make sure you backup the SD cards before doing any writing to them.
