Driving on M25 sat nav vocal instructions just stopped working after realising would have to return to my daughters as still had grandkids car seats.Didnt help I had to travel through backstreets of somewhere off the M4 to get on the opposite carriageway during rushhour in an unfamiliar area.
Have read all the threads done a hard reset works for a shortwhile then stops.Have checked all the settings and seem to be correct.but clearly I am doing something wrong or the system us not fit fof purpose.Ive only had the car two months from new and the Tiguan I had before worked well no problems for 7 uears.
It is only the voice instructions that stop working the map works fine.
