A rolling road meet was talked about for a UK national meet. After speaking to Bill at Badger 5 with his notoriously conservative rollers. We are looking at 35 2.0 tfsi KO4 cars of all different tunes to turn up.

Bill's preferred dates are Sunday the 9th,16th,23rd in February depending on what people vote for.
Personally I would like to make a weekend of it with a Saturday meet, and night out with drinks banter etc. and then get down to Bills for a cracking national rolling road shoot out!

For myself from door to door it's 375 miles one way! But I would be willing to do this if we could get a convoy of SCN members to attend :)

To be honest other engine types can attend to and roll their cars, but Bill is interested to see power outputs from different cars :)

Badger 5 postcode is GL102DG

Come on folks lets livin things up a bit!! All suggestions welcome :)

Could probably just about cover the entire journey on one tank (340 miles), will have to confirm closer to the time but is a great idea :)

I may be also up for this as when I went to midland vw for my revo stage 1 I got a free rolling road but didn't get it done as they couldn't flash the software at the time so ended going to revo hq. Badger 5 is only 50miles from me so would be interested to see what the car gets now. I will be easy with whatever date as long as nothing comes up.

just to confirm also, numbers will of course be subject to how many folks can come..
Price is £35 (not max number btw) and dyno runs will include vcds faultcode checking and logging of main parameters during the runs.. 3 power runs minimum..

cheers

Might co pilot with you G if I am home whatever weekend it is. That would make it 375 miles plus however far to Aberdeen for me.
