Scuttle Panel Removal

Recently broke the stud on my wiper linkage while trying to access the top mount bolts and have tried a couple of times to figure out how to remove the scuttle panel. I can't seem to find any guides or anything to help. I'm unsure if it's just friction holding it in place or am I missing clips or fasteners.

I can't remember, think I just yanked and pulled it around to figure out where it was secured.

Been several years since I had it out to do the wiper linkage.
