Seat Alhambra MK2 2011 rear heating vents not working

Hello Fellow Seat Alhambra owners!
I wonder if someone out there can shed a light on the this problem I'm having with my car, I have seat Alhambra MK2 2011 lux 1.9 diesel, I noticed the last few days that the back two rows vents just blows out cold air no matter how high I put the temperature, the front dashboard vents are working fine it's just the back ones, I have tried to put put the settings on auto and wait for the engine to get really hot but unfortunately nothing works!
Has anyone experienced this with Alhambra's?
Any feedback will be appreciated.

Sounds like one of the automatic direction flaps has stopped working.

Thank you very much for your prompt response 90landrover, is it likely to be fixed easily or do you think it's going to cost me an arm and a leg? I'm having it checked in our not so local SEAT dealer but wanted to have a rough idea of what I'm up against.
