Seat ALTEA TDI 2L Car Cd Player

Hi Guys im New to the forum just getting the little bits that my new 55 plate Altea need but i love it.......

So number 1 CDplayer is there a way i could get it to play ripped CDS if not how could i change the CDplayer but still have the steering wheel controlles working?

number 2 my logo boot switch is very tepromental sometimes it opens straight away but then some days i get nothing i have to climb through the seats to open it.

CD player sucks, Myself Robbo and others have put in chinese Sat Nav Android units from China for circa £300 that are pretty good. I have a thread on here that details some of it. If you do change the stereo you will need a new Can gateway so budget about £50 extra for that.

My steering controls work perfectly but I'm sure not all will!
