Although this won't apply to many, i hope it helps those who live near by decide on wheather to use them or not.

I put the car in to get new brake pads and a service yesterday (Fixed Price Scheme)

The people in there were very good, only did what was asked and gave a list of recommendations to get changed (although this may be standard, i still though it was nice).

They dropped me off and picked me up when the car was done, giving me a call to let me know what was happening.

I would recommend them for anyone planning on getting any of that Fixed Price deals.

Bannerman certainly seem to be the best SEAT Stealership in North Scotland (although it doesn't have many competitors to be fair).

I have dealt with them on a couple of occasions now and can't fault them at all ,very pleasant and easy to deal with ,both servicing and parts departments are very helpful, but as said not much competition round the area but doesn't take anything away from their service,

It seems to be when the competition is lacking that you don't have the desire or need to provide a good service. If they're one of the only dealers there people 'have no option' but to use them. So it's good they feel the need to keep standards high

And it shows when people are willing to drive the distance from the next nearest stealerships to use them (well over 100 miles each way).

i can agree with those comments about bannermans, got a brand new supercopa, and just went into enquire, if new seats were meant to get a litre of topup oil with them , like vw used to get, and they said no!, but the guy i was dealing with gave me a litre in a seat puch for nothing, will defo use them for everything i need, and i stay in inverness anyways when im home lol!
