The title explains ;)
I was wondering If anyone has had this problem?
And if it's been resolved

generally i think it just means that your 'inertia reel' is past its best, think the best thing to do would be to got to a scrappy and get a replacement one. Unless, its maybe just needing oiled?

From my experience of other VAG cars, when this happens you tend to find that you have a water leak into the car. To check for this, pull the "lazy" belt belt out fully and check for moisture on the most inboard end of the belt. Also, maybe use something to keep the belt fully extended, then next day are so after it has dried out (if it is a bit wet), release it and see if it pulls back quicker than before.
