Ive had nothing but good experiences here, they quickly sorted out the problems which were left by Seat Stoke
it used to be called LC Charles i think they have been known as Crewe SEAT for a few years now
The garage is part of the Swansway Group who run numerous dealers including Crewe Audi and Crewe Volkswagen.. They have a state of the art body shop behind Crewe Audi aswell
I've purchased two cars from them in the past.. MK4 Ibiza 1.4TDI (Brand new) which was fine and a MK2 Leon FR TDI (2nd hand) this one i purchased in November for delivery on 30th december but despite having a month to sort it all out they managed to loose the tax disc for it from the old owner and delay the handover so instead of getting it on my Birthday it was delivered on 4th january still with no tax disc... wasn't pleased tbh
The parts guy Rob (if he is still there) knows alot, The other chap went to work for Crewe VW i think and has since left there aswell. The sales guys come and go.

When they're paying a back street garage to "service" their car because "dealers are a rip off" even though the independent garages are only cheaper by a few quid.
Then they moan like f*ck because Seat won't contribute when they're engine goes tits up in the 4th year because A.N example garage has been using the wrong spec oil and cheap, often nasty filters.
