where is the skoda dealer in mk? i tried looking on the skoda website but no joys. also tried calling 118500 when in mk the other day, and they could only find skoda uk (hq i guess).

Ive just been into Seat Milton Kynes, and there days are defo up. I was talking to their paint guy in blakelands, and he told be they were going by Wed next week, and starting the clear up on friday coming (27/01). I was hoping they would sort me out an alloy slightly cheaper, but £130 for my 14" 5spoke!

They are still going to be a seat dealership, but "4 Motion" or 4 something from peterborough will be taking over.

Don't know if this applies to anyone else, but if you have fuel tickets (free tanks of fuel from BP through Stoneavre), use them before the weekend! I have one left, and a quarter of a tank to get through by friday, should be good timing.

Hopefully we will see a better dealership.

Do any of you chaps know where I could get an Alhambra boost heater fixed. Stoneacre has so far changed it twice and it still doesn't work. They managed to stop it working originally; i'd only complained that it was a bit noisy! It's been in about 5 times spead over a year. They also claim that thay can only test it when it's cold which beggars belief. Can you imagine this? The damn things are made in Portugal and it never gets cold enough there! '04 Alhambra 130SE

Have a word with Techie (Ross) - he is an ex SEAT technician now working at Pilling Skoda Westcroft (near Morrisons in Milton Keynes). I'm sure booster heaters must be fitted to other VAG cars, so he should be able to do the work from his place.
