Seat Garmin Sat Nav update issues

Hi all
Just bought a 2nd Hand sat nav in mint condition for my sons 2014 6j .
I want to make sure its updated and ready to roll.
Downloaded the Fresh software and installed it but every time i try to do anything it says it cannot connect to the Garmin fresh server

I also found the Navigon version and tried this, same issue.
Can anyone give me and idea if this program still works ? or is there another way to update it ?
There also seems to be no space left on it except 143mb . there appears to be lots of maps from europe on it , these are useless and id like to delete them , it says press the bin button, but there is no such button !!
I'd like to get it updated and ready to wrap up for xmas.

Maybe try resetting it? I tried to update maps as well, but the only maps available in freshmaps store were from Q1/2018. I looked on Navigon website, which mentions they stopped updating Garmin maps from May! Any ideas on any alternatives to update to latest maps?

Just updated Fresh on my Win7 PC to 3.6.0. It connected instantly. Logged in and it's waiting for my device to be connected to USB.

Suggest you try reinstall Fresh 3.6.0.
