This is my sisters car and it was parked in a field with long wet grass and we think it could have been hit by lightning, would anyone be able to look at these fault codes and see what they think it could be? The instrument cluster has already been checked and is all fine!

The first log is the original, the second was after all the codes were cleared.

Ben

Titling a thread "hundreds of fault codes" is a good way to put anybody off.

The common factor seems to be a lack of communication between modules - "Databus Wiring and/or Connector(s) faulty". I think your databus is fried - either the wiring or the interfaces in the modules.

You seem to have some modules which do not communicate at all, starting with the instrument cluster and its (internal) gateway. Unless you get that sorted you won't get far. So check all fuses and the wiring / power supply in general. Also check if the cluster operates at all, i.e. which check lamps (ABS, Airbag) are active and working.

Got this fixed in the end by having the ABS ECU and the normal ECU, clocks and so on replaced! Seems that the lighting just fried the lot!
