Hi,

Just thought I would join to see what induction kits people may have on their Ibiza's, engine code CJZD as I am looking at getting a forge induction kit and potentially a stage 1 remap. My stock BHP is 110 and just wondered if anybody else with a similar car has had theirs remapped and an induction kit and if it is worth it.

Would it also be worth it to get an induction kit or do people think a remap with a stock air filter may be as good?

It depends what you are after.

Induction kits don't really grant any performance increase, and I would argue they aren't that beneficial with supplying better cool air (you're going from a RAM system, to just open-air; baffles me). However, they definitely look and sound better than stock - I have a forge induction kit + dump valve in my 1.2 TSI.

Doing a Stage 1 remap would bring you up to around ~132BHP (in the 130s). You can definitely do it with the stock air filter if you want.
