Seat Ibiza 2009 voice control

Hi, I've got a seat Ibiza S 2009
Only recently discovered that my car has voice control, how do you connect your phone, I currently do music using aux, the voice control also seems to have the previous owner contacts saved (in their own voice) and was wondering if anyone knows how to reset/clear them,

If you have the red led screen radio then this can be done by following

I don' have BT but I suspect once you sync your contacts this will overwrite the existing, however the Communications Manual can be found here https://www.seat.co.uk/datamanual-i...em/my11_w22/en-uk/Sistema_comunicacion_EN.pdf
