Seat Ibiza 2016 head unit upgrade

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can help me with this issue. I seem to be struggling to find much good info online about it. I have a seat Ibiza MK5 (2016 plate). I believe its the vista model, that has the small touch screen head unit fitted (see photo).

I want to fit an aftermarket head unit with a larger screen and android auto. I assumed that it would be a standard double din layout behind the dashboard but I've heard that its not? It looks like it should be from the front. Has anyone upgraded from this head unit before? Can you fit a standard single din or double din head unit into there or is there only specific options you can go for?

Any advise would be a massive help, including removal and fitting.
