Seat Ibiza 6j - Control Panel Lock Function Not Working

Hi All,
I've recently purchased a Seat Ibiza 6j. The lock button on the Control Panel does not work. The unlock button works well. So is both locking and unlocking from the key remote. Any thought on what I should look for?

Hi did you manage to get it sorted I've got the same issue I can only unlock my car from inside
