Hi I have a SEAT Leon 1.5etsi with airbags deployed. Cannot get the ignition on. Not sure if there is a pyrofuse and if there is where it is?

Suspect its in the positive terminal of the 12V socket in the black plastic housing (5WA937548C). Not sure if anyone knows for sure before I buy a replacement part? Hopefully its just replace that part and happy days all connections intact. Not sure if anyone has had previous experience as cannot find anywhere SEAT have written directly about a pyrofuse.

Have a feeling its the picture I have attached but confirmation would be nice if anyone has experience on it?

Sorry cant answer your question directly but a quick google search implies a variety of solutions.

Worst case seems to require New Seatbelts, Airbags, Airbag Control unit, sensors and then some calibration / coding.

Best case seems to require new airbags and the control unit being reset.

As I say I don't have any knowledge of this other than what I read but I am sure it will help others if you run a scan and advise what error codes are shown.

As an aside have you bought a crash damaged motor or have you had a accident, if the latter is it not covered by insurance.

start from 12v battery and keep on measuring till you find the product where the 12v stops.
Did you do this part.
Because if you get 12v in and out that means that product is working correctly.

if the main computer gets 12v but nothing happens this means the pyrofunction is in that one.
