So I’m running through a problem that I can’t seem to solve since last summer, basically my ac was working fine, not great cooling but does the job, then ac clutch exploded, so I changed the whole compressor, then the new clutch on the compressor failed as well, made sure no gas leaks were present, and recharged it again, worked a couple of hours then clutch failed again while I had intermittent cooling, so what’s the reason for clutch and coil heating and exploding when the system is charged correctly? I need some direction to where to start, what to looks for in terms of pressure readings? Thank youu

Is the aux belt not running straight on the pulley, putting excess strain on the clutch?
I believe that the aux belt is running straight, and i see no signs of excessive wear on the belts anywhere which might be noticeable if the aux tensioner is slipping or something, is it possible that there is some blockage in the system somewhere? High pressure sensor? Or failing evaporator temperature sensor? Im not really sure which direction to start from. Any help is appreciated
