Seat leon cupra r flat spot in power after map

I've just had my car re mapped by AMD Essex

It's a 2004 leon cupra r

I've had a k and n 57i induction kit, sfs 80mm Tip and a milltek full decat system exhaust put on. After the Map I reached 271 bhp and 271 lbft

Which is good, however in 3rd,4th,5th,6th around top Ron it has random flat spots, I can hear the turbo slow down and there's a considerable drop in power, but then it kicks back In again.
It's almost like it's misfiring.
Before the map it had a full service using only the best products.
I have a feeling it could be the MAP, MAF or a pressure related issue. Can anyone help? I have no boost leaks and engine is 100% healthy

without logs difficult to comment/advise

map however can cause these issues..

return to mapper for diagnostics to find the issue... some component may be crying enough now. It happens on occasions
