So tried the action cam out for the first time today, had to mount it on the rear wiper' hence the rubbish view, due to my car mount hasnt been delivered yet, pretty happy with the quality and gives you an idea of the sound, will get a better clip up once i can mount it with a view of the exhaust.

Holy Jesus I need that sound in my life!

Reckon I could get a similar sound with the PD engine? If so would you be able to explain to me what you did in order to get it? I read you had a 'chassis back' exhaust fitted but I can't find what that is anywhere. What silencers etc have been removed. I have my DPF gutted so there's a start. I'm a bit of a mechanical pleb sorry. I know what a cat/turbo back is if it's similar to either?

Chassis is where the section joins. Also the CR is different to the PD as the PD is only 8v

Friday the Leon went into SEAT for Timing belt kit, water pump and anti freeze, didnt have time to do it myself, least they gave a courtesy car

went to the garage today to find my spoiler had been dropped off by the painted on Saturday afternoon, planned on fitting it today but never got time, defo tomorrows job

Um, stupid question... but did they spray both sides of it? I want one but dunno whether to spray it red both sides or just the top. Does it glue under or over the original spoiler?

Everything sprayed . It glues on the side if you know what I mean, there's even a protective tape you remove when you have had it sprayed and leaves the surface area where you put your bond, also two triangle pad things you fit so it sits on your rear window nice. I would do all of yours red personally, it's hard to explain but quality is excellent and does a proper job, you get everything needed

I fitted the rear spoiler to my speed blue cupra the other day I had mine painted blue looks much better plus easy job to fit

Cheers for the info. Exactly the stuff I needed to know. In that case, I think I'll follow your advise and do both sides in red. I'm sure I read somewhere in here, but that is the Cupra R spoiler you fitted?

It's just arrived this morning. Had to rip it open and have a look before work. I see what you mean now. Definately needs doing both sides in red. Offered it up to the car and the fit is perfect. Dropping it in the paint shop tomorrow.

Quick question I need an egr blank kit for fr 170. Which is the right one? A link if possible. I have no clue when it comes to this stuff with the car but egr is throwing up eml and need it blanked. Thanks in advance.
