Seat Leon FR - K1 Spoiler OR Others...

Hey Guys,

I am wanting to get a spoiler for my FR 1P on a 59 Plate.

Can anyone tell me where they would get a K1 Spoiler from or any other styles you have done to your Leon as I would love to see some photos of different ones you guys have used or whatever.

I am only interested in ABS Plastic or good plastics rather than the cheapy stuff.

If its Pre FL then you can only have the OEM K1 spoiler. If its a FL which im guessing you need the Cupra R style spoiler. Both best to get from a dealer

I agree with Masterkm, I assume its a facelift as its 59reg

There has only ever been one official spoiler for the facelift cars which is the one shown in the accessory book.

All I can say is buy the genuine one! It paints really easily, and more importantly fits properly!

Loads of us on here have got it fitted, some paint it body colour, some go for gloss black

yeah I just found a nice place selling it for £140 posted which is a genuine dealer part. So I am pleased with that to be fair.

I have a 2007 mk2 leon cupra and really want to find a nice spoiler to put on it. I am not sure if my cupra is pre or post facelift. Is there only 1 spoiler that will fit mine or more than 1? Does anyone know where I can get a good one and how much they are? Thanks in advance

I have to admit it does confuse me with the Facelift & Pre-Facelift. The Type R I had before it was easy to tell! I think I know what is what now I have looked at a lot more of the Leon's but I still doubt myself.

I found this K1 Spoiler for my FR Leon which I don't know if it will fit I will need to find out closer to the time.

I want one of the spoilers in the web link but in white. 130 is dead expensive though, are they easy to fit?

£130 I consider to be fine if you look about and look at cheap ones and so on that is more than reasonable in my eyes.

The facelift started from 2009 plates onwards. Also, if you have the rear lights which are perfect curves they are pre facelift, ones with a slight straight bit nearest the boot handle are post facelift. Pre facelift has a different climate control, I.e. buttons for the temp, post has nobs.....there are a few other things too.

Just look at the tailgate!!! If the glass goes right to the edge then it's a facelift car (or possibly just a facelift boot lid lol). If the glass is 'inside' the boot lid then it's a pre-facelift

The BTCC pre facelift spoilers look too stuck on IMO.

Love the cupra facelift one though...too bad I have a pre facelift boot!
