Seat leon mark 4 rear seat belt clips

Hi there, does anyone have any kind advice regarding how these clips come in or out? Is it something I can do or is it a garage thing and where can I get the part? It's for a 22 plate leon fr sport. Thanks.

By looking at it, I’m guessing seats out and panel removal would give access?
