With the car apparently weighing in at a kerb weight of 1583kg, but a max weight of 2080kg, would a 2 tonne trolley jack suffice? Looking at something like the link. Neat little kit for the boot?

If you're thinking of using it in an emergency for changing a wheel you should be fine in conjunction with an axle stand.
