Crewe branch, take my advice and leave a note on your dashboard if the message doesn't get passed along then there's no doubt it will get washed.
I've spoken to the manager of my branch and he remembered the complaint I raised the day after and I'm taking it in at some point this week. I've already said if it's not gonna be machine polished and have the wax removed it's useless and it's literally the case of polishing a turd ( the turd being the **** on the paint not the car )
Under LED light in a unit for detailing my paint is horrible, had to buy some peanut oil which ain't cheap to break down the wax on the plastics.
When they say they use good products I think there referring to demon shine, if your car is white or black and is regularly wax don't take the chance leave a note
