We've been seeing a few SEAT owners recently unsure about when servicing is actually due - especially with newer cars and variable service intervals. ⚙️

From our side, a lot of it comes down to how the car's being used day-to-day. Out of curiosity, how do you all approach servicing?
Do you stick strictly to the schedule, go by the car's alters, or just book it in when it "feels right"?

You can get servicing on your SEAT with us at Bolton SEAT. Enquire now! ⬇️

In the days when I was doing 18 - 20k miles per annum in a tuned Skoda Yeti TDI 4x4, I'd stick to the Variable regime but, as my driving involved a fair bit of town plus 'fast road' work I would do an interim oil change at 9 - 10k miles.

These days in my Ateca VZ, I do fewer miles around 13 - 14k per annum, heavily biased to short journeys, and go by the book of the one year / 10k miles Fixed regime; with services bought on a Cupra plan.

Double checking, is Seat Bolton open again? The postcode isn't correct on the website by the way...
