NEW IBIZA CUPRA

SEAT have announced the introduction of a brand new Ibiza CUPRA. Shown first as a concept during April’s Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, the Ibiza CUPRA is now unveiled in a barely touched production form. Due to arrive in UK showrooms in January 2013 priced at £18,825 RRP OTR, with order books opening next week.

Back in 2002, the Ibiza Cupra 1.8T was £13k

That's a lot of inflation

That said, 2yrs ago my Ibiza Cupra cost £4k less than what they're punting this out for now

That price is rather steep, I can't see many paying that! Unless you're getting a while lot of kit standard anyway.

Saying that, a standard VXR Corsa is £500 or so more....
